My Daughter and her little Sis, Plus what has been going on

Hi everyone.  I wanted to share with you this layout I created of my daughter Destiny and her Sister( her Dads youngest girl).  Destiny is on the right and her sister Rachel is the one on the left.  Rachel is only 12 and almost and tall and Destiny.

I used some Webster's Pages paper, the ribbon flowers and the flower is also from Webster's Pages.

I found this gorgeous wooden frame at Micheal's and painted it with Gesso,t he sprayed it with Homemade Glimmer Mist and then spongedon some Aqua ink to the frame until I got the color I desired. The Memories sticker I got from Hobby Lobby.

Blue Lace from DCWV.

I got this gorgeous Flower spray embellishment at Micheal's and from their Recollections Collection.

The Heart decorative paper is also from Webster's Pages and the Little butterfly sticker embellishments are also from Hobby Lobby and came in the same pack as the Memories Sticker.

My color ink is running out so it made the pic look so aqua looking.  Destiny did go this morning and get me some new ink as I needed all of them.

The big Fern die cut is from K&Company that I covered in Distressing inks and then sprayed with my homemade Glimmer Mist.

Here is a pic showing all the dimension to my page.  I love this pic of them and I should have more to share with you later, as she took some great pics when she was at her Dads last weekend.
I hope you all are having a great weekend.  My whole week has been TERRIBLE and completely Miserable.

Ok, so now on to why I have been so quite and just not myself this past week.
Monday I went for an Ultrasound I was 11.5 weeks. I had been having some very light spotting last weekend but with no pains.
Well when they did my ultrasound they found no heartbeat.  I left there and went to see my doctor.  I already knew something was TERRIBLY wrong as she was doing the ultrasound.  She didn't tell us anything  or even let us see the ultrasound screen.  When I walked  into the room at my doctors office he told me he had bad news, but I had already figured that out and cried like a baby the whole 30 minutes to my doctors office after the ultrasound.  My husband meet me to have the ultrasound and then drove me to my OB/GYN.
My doctor told me that the ultrasound showed no heartbeat and that the baby had quit growing at about 7 weeks.  So that mean't my baby had passed about a month ago.
I then went to have blood work done to get ready for my surgery the next morning.  I went in at 5:30 am Tuesday morning to have a DNC and then have my tubes tied.  As I never want to have to go through this again.
All I can think is that the LORD has big plans for our family and maybe this happened to bring us all closer.  That is the only thing I can think of after me getting pregnant 7 years after my husband had a vasectomy, just to miscarry.
I am doing better with each day and still in a lot of pain as I still have all this trapped air in my abdomen from having my tubes tied.
My youngest had the hardest time with it as she was the one who was the most excited.  She kept telling me it was her fault because she had been such a bad girl and didn't mind.  I had to keep telling her that it was nothing she or anyone else did it just wasn't mean't to be and that there was something bad wrong with the baby that was growing inside me that made it to where it just couldn't survive anymore.
I told her that God took it now to keep us from even more heartache and pain later as the baby would had never survived.
We are all doing a lot better, but it will take time to mend and come to terms with it all as it all happened so fast.
I know a lot of you have been worried to how I was doing and I just wanted to let you know so if I'm not around for awhile you know why.
Thank you for all your loving comments, concerns and loving thoughts.

Hugs:)

Layout to Share

Okay I am on my way to go shopping at Bass Pro Shops with my Husband and kids.  He has go to have some new hunting boots and coverhauls before cold weather gets here.  If not he will freeze to death while he is out hunting.  Yes, he is a HUGE lover of deer hunting and so is my kids except Destiny has out grown it in her older teenage years.  All she has time for is her boyfriend.

Last night her boyfriend and his band "Pretty Orphan" Played at Hard Rock Cafe' in Nashville Tennessee. It was his first live performance/Gig.

Here is a page of created of Destiny using a picture of her from 3 years ago and before she dyed her hair dark brown. Her natural hair color is light blonde. but here she has black low lights and highlights in her hair.

Hope you like it.  Off to go shopping, just wanted to share.

My Baby Girl

Well she use to be, now she thinks she is all grown up and has the attitude to go with it.

I wanted to share this layout I created of my Daughter Jazmine.  Now as you can tell these pictures were taken a while ago, as she is 7 now and here she was 20 months. These pictures were taken an Easter Egg Hunt at my son's daycare when he was 5.
Good thing she now has hair as you can tell she didn't have much then.

I used some Webster's Pages DP and embellishments and a mixture of K&Company embellishments.

Well I am off to get in bed.  I just wanted to share.

That HUGE Bear

I just wanted to pop in and say Hi and do a quick post.  This is one of the layouts I did weeks ago of my youngest daughter Jazmine.  I really wish she would trash that HUGE bear as she wants to take it everywhere.

I hope to make my rounds tonight, if I can ever get all my stuff finished so I can sit down and go blog surfing, as all of you are an inspiration to me.

Well I am off and hope to stop by soon.  I hope you have a great weekend or whats left of it anyway.

On a Roll

Hi everyone.  Here is another layout I did last weekend that I want to share with you.  I took this pic of Jazmine 2 years ago.  I used some DCWV DP, some Recollections white flowers, Brown roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the purple flowers are some floral arrangement flowers.

Sizzix Flourish Die, Tim Holtz Grunge Chipboard, Tim Holtz Distressing Inks, K&Company Flowered Overlay under picture and Martha Stewart Border punch.

I added some crackle Liquid Accents on top of the Flourish Chipboard.

I am loving these beautiful Butterflies I got from Michael's.

Oh I also added some pearls to the centers of the purple flowers.

Well that is it for me as it is after 3 am and I need to get my behind in bed as I have a lot to do later today.  I hope everyone has a great weekend and thanks for visiting.

Same Picture 2 Different layouts and looks

First of all I wanted to ask you all if you like my pictures bigger or smaller?  I am undecided, but I'm not the one who has to come and visit and try to see my creations.  I want to make it easier to see all the details, but I know the pics cut into my sidebars. So let me know what you think as my blog is for you.
Today I have 2 more layouts to share with you using the same picture of my daughter Destiny, but 2 totally different effects in the printing and layouts.  I used some Glitz design paper called "Scarlett". The big chipboard frame is by Colorbok . I added some black and silver chipboard flourishes, black leather Thickers and green glitter Thickers.  I love this paper and as most of you know my favorite color is green, all shades.

Here is the same pic which I printed first on my ink was running out. but I love the effect on the pic and thought it looked great on this Bo Bunny paper.

I added some more Tulle flowers and one lace flower that I made and added vintage buttons too.

I added some Flower wedding bead  pieces and the Big beautiful butterfly I purchased at Michael's Craft store and is from Michael's own collections of Scrapbooking crafts called Recollections. I LOVE THOSE BUTTERFLIES.  Gorgeous huh? Oh and the last thing I added is the silver glitter border strip on the side of her picture, which is also from Recollections at Michael's. The Bo Bunny paper is so beautiful I didn't want to cover up that HUGE butterfly on the side.

Well here are 2 more pic's of the layouts loaded as large where  some are  Extra Large.

Hope everyone had a great Father's Day and a great start to their week.  Thanks so much for stopping by, your comments mean so much to me and are greatly appreciated.

More Scrapbook pages

Hi everyone.  Well today I have 3 more layouts to share with you.  This first one is of my youngest Daughter  Jazmine who was 5 here.  She will be 7 in August. I wish I could have gotten better pics of this page.  But with all the bright colors it's hard to get good pictures.

The BIG tulle flowers I handmade and added the buttons to the centers of the flowers. I added some Martha Stewart flowers around the tulle flowers. The butterfly Border strip is from K&Company and the Beauty and the Close to my Heart Embellishments is from Colorbok.

This second page is of my Son Bailey, who is 10.  I used some Little Yellow Bicycle Paper and Embellishments from the Generation Z line.

All the embellishments except for the RAD and Grind  stickers are from the same line.

He loves his Skateboards, I guess you can tell.. huh?

Well with today being FATHER'S DAY I wanted to create a page with the Kids and their Daddy.  As you can tell these pictures are from awhile back, as Jazmine and Bailey are not this little anymore.

Jazmine wasn't quite 2 yet. She loved to try to ride her big brothers Scooter, but she was too little so Daddy would hold on to it and help her.  She thought she was soooo big.

The paper is from DCWV and is called World Traveler.

Well that is it from me today as I am trying to finish up Father's Day dinner for my Husband and the kids are not helping.  If anything they are just making more of a mess in the house to have to clean.
I hope everyone has a great Father's Day with their Husbands and Fathers.
