Woot woot... a Hoppin' we will go, a Hoppin' we will go... or a Haunting if you prefer!

Today is the day for the New Emo Halloweenies BLOG HOP and release. If you came from the Simply Betty Blog your on the right track as this is your 1st stop from the BLOG.

For my creation I used all 6 new Emo Halloweenies; Lola, Miller, Christian, Rio, London and Betty . I created a decorative piece to display on my floating shelf in my the Livingroom. I added pockets to the back and made tags to add pictures of the kids in their costumes this year.

I used a thick Chipboard Accordian Album and attach some gorgeous Basic Grey "eerie" DP to the fronts of each panel. I added some chipboard letters to the top that I inked up in purple and added some glitter to them and then used some Ultra Thick Embossing Powder and heat set them twice to make the letters strong enough to withstand some wear and tear. I also added some green glitter glue to the letters for goo and some K&Company punchout eyes.

I used some more K&Company embellishments ( Candy, ghost, bats, skulls, etc..)

I used my MS drippy goo border punch on the tags and add some glitter and ultra thick embossing powder to make it shine, then add some black organdy ribbon and fibers. I also used some Basic Grey "eerie" chipboard.

I printed out 6 more images, colored them and used a square punch to punch out the upper part of their bodies. I will add some sayings and other embellishments after I add pic's of the kids in their costumes.

Here is one of the tags.

Make sure you leave comments on all the DT's blog and then on Simple Betty Stamps Blog to be in for the winning. Next I send you over to Barbs blog. This is going to be an AWESOME SPOOKY blog hop.. thanks for stopping by and the new Simple Betty Challenges DT has their first Challenge on Friday 9/17 so don't forget to stop by.

I hope you enjoy the preview days , now it's time for some hoppin' fun, prizes, and deals! Prizes:Three Lucky Winners will be receiving two FREE rubber stamps from the Emo Halloweenies; Lola and Miller, Rio and Betty, or Christian and Miller (London is not available as a rubber stamp)! All you have to do is participate in our Blog Hop Challenge... of course there are a couple of twists to it. You have one day to complete your creation! The Inlinkz is posted below and will be open until Thursday Sept. 16th at 11:59 PM! The challenge? Very simple Create your best Halloween creation! It can be a card, a treat bag, a scrapbook page, or mini album anything Halloween! Pretty simple so far? Here is the second catch, you must use a Simply Betty Stamp image that is NOT Halloween... so No Jude and his Shenanigan Crew, no Punky Teens. You can use everything else! The more non Halloween you go the more of a chance you have to win two of the six! What I mean to say is take the most uncommon image and Halloween-ize it! Imagine one of the Divas Trick-or-Treating, or one of the School Emos! What ever you go with just have fun! The three winners will be carefully selected by myself and both DT members of Simply Betty Stamps and Simply Betty Challenges! Good luck everyone!
