KennyK Krafty Girlz Challenge #27

Hi everyone, I'm back with another Kenny K Krafty Girlz Challenge. This week it's Team B's turn for the Challenge.
This weeks challenge is Blue, White and Silver and use any KennyK image.

Sponsors for this challenge is Crafty Emma's Store prize offered is a stamp set called "Paws Fur a Moment" in addition to Kenny offering 5 Digi Images of the winner's choice.

Here is my card for this weeks challenge.

I used Carmen Electrafying which you can get HERE at KennyK Downloads. Isn't she one hot sexy girl?? My kids saw this image and about freaked, but they liked the whole layout and all the embellishments I used.

This card has so many layers and dimension. I used some DCWV DP and the silver snowflake DP is from Martha Stewart. Carmen was colored with copics. I added some Martha Stewart punched snowflakes and some ghost snowflakes under the white punched ones. I added some bling to the centers of the snowflakes. I added some silver and white ribbon with a blue chipboard ribbon buckle, some silver glitter glue and a glittery SNOW chipboard word that was a Christmas craft decoration(it came in a bag of about 20 to 30 pieces) and some grey, silver and white mixed fibers. I used some spellbinders dies to cut out my square shapes and added some foam tape for all the dimension.

Here is a closer look at Carmen Electrafying.

I really had so much fun creating this card.
GO HERE to see what the rest of the KennyK Krafty Girlz created this week. I am sure they all have some amazing cards to show you. I hope you get time to play along, we'd love to see your creations.

Meet Ornament Cherrie

Hi there {PINK} Fans,

Well what did you all think of Christmas Lights Cherrie? CUTE huh! Well we have yet another gorgeous Cherrie for you and I just LOVE this one, she is so adorable, but then they all are... These will be coming in rubber and digital, so a little something for everyone. And if you want rubber and worried about postage times if your overseas. I can say that I have had things arrive within 5-7 days to some places, and a week and a half tops usually at the latest.

PRIZE.... It just wouldn't be a Tickled Pink Stamps preview without a prize now would it?? As always if you want a chance to win this little cutie pie, all you have to do is leave a comment on the Tickled Pink Stamps blog under Ornament Cherrie and you could WIN...

Here is my card using the Digital Ornament Cherrie image. I printed her on the BIG side as I wanted her to be the main focus and not get lost on my card. The card measures 6"x 6". Can you see all the dimension on this card? I was so happy with the way it turned out. I used my new 6x6 Jovial DP by Basic Grey again. Did I tell you how much I love this paper? So vintage looking and I really love the main focus DP on this card with the black background. I think that one is my favorite piece in the pack.

Look I even pulled out my sewing machine and sewed on this card. I wish I had a place to keep it out at all times but I have to put it back up everytime I use it. Well to be honest it's still sitting on my kitchen table now as I may use it again tonight.

I have a lot of layers going on on this card and alot of foam tape too( well to be honest it's not foam tape) I used a pack of Halloween adhesive foam sheets that I got a few years ago. I spend way too much money on foam tape and pop dots that I decided to try something different. I still have to use some adhesive on the other side to adhere it, but man it works great and when I got it, it was about .50 cent for the whole pack(after Halloween sale).

The big flower was made with a spellbinders die and a fiskars punch. Oh and as always I colored Cherrie with copics.
Okay now it's time to go see what the rest of the Pink Ladies created with Ornament Cherrie and I'll be back again tomorrow to show you the last of our Christmas Cherries being released. That is if I can get it finished in time. Go HERE to see more and get in on a chance to win her for yourself.
Thanks so much for stopping by today and have a wonderful day.

3 Sweet Pea Stamp cards/ Nikki Burnette's images

Sorry I've been MIA all weekend. I ahve been so busy Fall cleaning and reorganizing in my house that I haven't even got on the computer this weekend. I knew if I did I wouldn't get anything done. I did sit down last night and create 3 cards for Sweet Pea Stamps and I used 3 images from one of our new artist Nikki Burnette. This first one I used "Elena". I love these images. And to tell you the truth this image took forever to color as there is so much detail to this image, but I had a blast coloring it. I used some new Basic Grey Christms paper called Jovial. I added some premade flower, but I added some buttons to the centers.
I colored in the fire with copics as the image doesn't have a fire. You have to make your own.

I also created a Halloween card using "Cassie" also from Nikki Burnette's first sheet with Sweet Pea Stamps. I used some DCWV DP, my new 3D Sizzix rose die, Quickuts vines die, MS branch, Holly leaf and a border punch. I strayed some Glimmer Mist in Pearl over the image after I colored it with copics and added some to all the black die cut pieces. The sentiment is from a Elaine Cox's set at Sweet Pea Stamps, that I stamped and cut apart.

Here's a pic showing you all the Glimmer Mist I added.

And now for my last card. I used "Telsa" also from the same Sheet by Nikki Burnette.I used some Basic Grey " Pyrus" DP, a Tim Holtz Sizzix embossing folder in woodgrain, Tim Holtz Alterations Tattered Flowers Sizzix Die.

I colored the image and background with copics then went over the entire image with some Ranger Distress crackle paint in Clear Rock Candy. Let it dry and scratched some of it off then rubbed in some Distressing ink in Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain then rubbed off any that was left sitting on top of my image.

What do you think?? I really love the worn vintage look it gave it.
Well I am off to go visit my favorite followers and see what you all have been up to.

I used a Nestie die under my flowers and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I used some Tim Holtz Distressing Inks to make it look even more vintage.
Thanks for stopping by and we have one more preview of Mollie Mittens tomorrow and she is my favorite. So make sure you come by and check her out!!

Please scroll down to see my 3rd Day of Halloween creation with Simply Betty Stamps.
Aren't you so excited!!! OUR FIRST BOY!!! Meet Frankenstein Frankie from the Lil' Haunts and he is the last of our Lil Haunts Preveiws.

I decided to make a scene with him as if he was at a graveyard and a monster was coming to life to join the party on this cool Halloween night. The grass and grave dirt was made by tearing CS and then inking it up to give it more dimension. I used my Cricut again to create the spooky swirly tree, the headstone and the arm coming out of the grave.

The background DP is from DCWV and all my images was adhered with foam tape. The bat is from the Basic Grey "eerie" line.
I hope everyone is not getting tired of seeing all my Halloween creations. You will see some no Halloween related cards next week with Tickled Pink Stamps I promise!!!!!! But you will be seeing more Halloween cards this month.

For My Daughter

I have to post and run and I am working on another project and another post for tomorrow's Tickled Pink preview release.
Don't you love this card?? I created this card for my 16 year old Daughter who is crazy about Adam Lambert!! I think this image looks just like Adam except for the wings and longer hair. I used one of Sweet Pea Stamps new images by Brigid Ashwood and his name is "Zam" from her Phunky Phairies. He also reminds me of Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter and Edward Scissorhands. So this image would be perfect for a Tim Burton Film challenge(TBD).
After I took these pics and edited them I noticed one of the tear drop embellishments has fallen off so I will have to add another one before I give it to her, but I was not about to take more Pics.

Well I am off to finish another post before I go to bed so it can go live while I am at work in the morning. This month will be a busy month on my blog so stay tuned and I am going to try each day to get caught up on everyone's creations. I'm so sorry for not getting to stop by more often.

Dragon bookmark and more Internet issues

HI, everyone!!! I am still having internet issues. Not forsure what is going on, maybe it's a bad router. After fighting with it for 5 hrs I finally got Internet connection, but It usually only last a few minutes. SO if you don't see me this weekend and I don't post anything you know why. Somedays I just hate computers. So it looks as if the phone company didn't fix my problem.
Oh well here is a quick bookmark I made using one of the cute little dragons at Sweet Pea Stamps.

Starry Halloween

Sorry for being MIA all weekend I just didn't realize how swapped I'd be this weekend. I have a lot of release preveiws to show you this week and a blog hop with Simply Betty Stamps this week and our 1st challenge. So there will be alot going on, on my blog this week.

So now on to my card!! Look at this Elaine Cox( Starry Halloween) image from Sweet Pea Stamps!!!!!!! Isn't it just gorgeous??? This image is HUGE!! I have her on a 6x6 card, so you can tell how big it is. I had the hardest time trying to get a decent pic of my card.. it is so much prettier in person. Sometimes pics just don't show the true beauty of someone artwork. I love that I was able to get so much dimension in her dress with my copics.
I will have to come back later and add the copic colors I used.. that is after I get a list together. I am pretty sure I can remember the colors, but I didn't keep a list as I was coloring.
I used some Basic Grey eerie DP and circle chipboard. I used my new EKSucess Big Spiderweb border punch. I love the bigger border punches they will be perfect for my Scrapbook pages.
Sweet Pea Stamps is still having an Over Stock sale so go check them out and stock up on some stamps you don't have or if you have never ordered any now is the time to get some then you can play along with our NEW Challenge Blog "In A Sweet Pea Dream".
Thanks for stopping by and I hope I will get caught up on your blogs!!! I have looked.. I just haven't had time to comment!! Does everyone else have this problem???
