TGF "Sunshine" Sketch Challenge

Hey, well this is The Greeting Farm Scrapbooking DT's last challenge. As it may be the end of the year or begining of next year before Marie releases another Scrapbooking kit. I have had so much fun working on this DT and getting some of my kids pages done as all 3 of my kids get their own ALBUMS and yes I said ALBUMS!!!!... I have completed over 50 12x12 albums just of my 3 kids( ove the last 9 years and I still ahve so many pictures to go). I am going to try to keep up with my kids albums and try to do at least 3 pages or more a month.
Okay so here is our sketch... I hope you all decide to play along with us this week.
The DP is from DCWV, I added a dollie that I sprayed with Glimmer Mist is turquose blue, I also sprayed some of the flowers , butterflies and the dragonfly. I decided since this was my last page as a DT member I would add something from our first Scrapbooking or BIG stamp kit.. I chose to use the butterfly stamp.

The flowers are all primas that I added some vintage buttons to the centers.

Thanks you Marie and Jess for letting me be a part of TGF's new adventure!! It has been a blast!! And thank you to all the DT for all your inspiration and comments.. you ladies ROCK!!
So run on over to The Greeting Farm Blog and see what the rest of the DT has created this week!!
Thank you for stopping by!!

TGF SB Sketch Challenge

I'm back with another TGF SB "SUNSHINE" page creation. This week challenge is a sketch challenge and our sketch was brought to us by one of our own, Claudette. Before I show you the shetch we had to work with here is my creation.

I know I have been scrapbooking my oldest Daughter Destiny alot, but all these pictures were already printed out. Plus I am way behind on her photo's. As soon as I found these pictures I knew exactly what DP I wanted to use!! This beautiful DP is from DCWV.

All the DPis from the same pack except for the aqua CS. I cut a butterfly from the same paper stack and added it along with the Dragonfly image from the Sunshine kit that I colored with copics and add some Glimmer Mist in Turquose blue. I added some Prima bling labels and swirls. I also added some beautiful cream ribbon from my blogging freind Rellz and some vinyl black decorative adhesive border strips from K&Company.

Okay here is our Sketch challenge inspiration photo.

Okay now go HERE to The Greeting Farm Blog and see what the rest of the DT has to inspire you with!! And get those pictures out and play along with us!! This is a great sketch from beginners to advanced!!
Thanks for stopping by!! Hae a wonderful day!!

TGF "SUNSHINE" Scrapbook Challenge

Hey it's Thursday and time for another TGF "Sunshine" Challenge. And our Challenge this week is brought to you by one of our very own DT members, Jeanette. And her Challenge for us was to use clocks, watches or time on our pages. I decided to create my own clock and use the Dragonfly stamp to respresent how fast time flies by. One day they are just learning to walk and talk and it feels like the very next day they are wanting to go to concerts, wear certain clothes, into boys and want a car of they're own!! I am not ready for this!!!! Even though it's already here!!! Actually she is already preparing for college, only 2 more years and off she will go!!

This girl is so smart and has a great head on her shoulders so she will be able to be exactly what she wants to be!!! I am so PROUD of her even though she thinks I'm not!! I AM!! And I am not ready to let her grow up anymore!!! Not only is she smart, I think she is just absolutley GORGEOUS...BEAUTIFUL!!! This kid has so much going for her and she has a family who loves her so very much!! She will always be Momma's Baby Girl!!!

Sorry you probably didn't come here to read all this!! Well back to my page!!
The DP is from My Minds Eye, Laundry Line!! I traced the scalloped circle and cut it out and added some Tim Holtz Grunge Board numbers and Hings that I made into Clock hands.. then I used to distressing inks to color the grunge board. I added a couple flowers ,Dragonflies and a sentiment to finish off the page!! Her Picture is so beautiful the page really didn't need alot going on, on it!!!
As you are reading this I am either on my way home from taking my daughter to see ADAM LAMBERT at the Ryman here in Nashville Tennessee or I am completely wore out and asleep as I also have been working 12hr shifts this week!!! What a crazy past few weeks I have had!!
Please go check out what the rest of our talented DT has created HERE! Thanks for stopping by!!!

TGF Sketch Challenge

I'm back today with our Thursday TGF Scrapbook Challenge. And today's Challenge is a Sketch Challenge brought to us by our very own Angie Blom.
Tuesday night my youngest daugther Jazmine's Kindergarten Graduation. I can't believe how fast this year has gone by and how fast she is growing up. She is no longer my little baby girl

She was so cute doing their cute little program. She sang every word to all their songs. I was so proud of her. All the kids were just so cute.
She had to have her picture made with her teacher Ms. Mindy. She loves her teacher and I know Jazz will miss her next year.
Of Course I used the TGF "In The Spotlight" kit. I have got so many uses out of this kit. Please to HERE and check out the rest of the DT creations and thank you for stopping by.
And thank you for hanging in there with me as I am still trying to get caught up on all my blog visiting!! I hope by this weekend to get all my rounds done!! These past 2 weeks have been so crazy busy!! See ya later and Friday is our Blog Hop with InStyle Stamps. This months theme is Father's Day!!
