TGF "SUNSHINE" Scrapbook Challenge

Hey it's Thursday and time for another TGF "Sunshine" Challenge. And our Challenge this week is brought to you by one of our very own DT members, Jeanette. And her Challenge for us was to use clocks, watches or time on our pages. I decided to create my own clock and use the Dragonfly stamp to respresent how fast time flies by. One day they are just learning to walk and talk and it feels like the very next day they are wanting to go to concerts, wear certain clothes, into boys and want a car of they're own!! I am not ready for this!!!! Even though it's already here!!! Actually she is already preparing for college, only 2 more years and off she will go!!


This girl is so smart and has a great head on her shoulders so she will be able to be exactly what she wants to be!!! I am so PROUD of her even though she thinks I'm not!! I AM!! And I am not ready to let her grow up anymore!!! Not only is she smart, I think she is just absolutley GORGEOUS...BEAUTIFUL!!! This kid has so much going for her and she has a family who loves her so very much!! She will always be Momma's Baby Girl!!!

The DP is from My Minds Eye, Laundry Line!! I traced the scalloped circle and cut it out and added some Tim Holtz Grunge Board numbers and Hings that I made into Clock hands.. then I used to distressing inks to color the grunge board. I added a couple flowers ,Dragonflies and a sentiment to finish off the page!! Her Picture is so beautiful the page really didn't need alot going on, on it!!!

As you are reading this I am either on my way home from taking my daughter to see ADAM LAMBERT at the Ryman here in Nashville Tennessee or I am completely wore out and asleep as I also have been working 12hr shifts this week!!! What a crazy past few weeks I have had!!

TGF "Sunshine" Challenge

Today I have a scrapbook page to share with you!! And today's Challenge at TGF is a Sketch Challenge.
I forgot to upload the Sketch photo, but you can go HERE to The Greeting Farm Blog and see our inspiration sketch. Our sketch was brought to us by our DT member Jacilynn.

I created a page of my oldest Daughter Destiny!! I love this photo because shows all her personality and boy does she have alot of it. I used some of the stamps from the Sunshine kit, and the rest of the paper and embellishments are from heidi grace by FISKARS. I just love all these colors together.

The flowers on my title and on the brown(if you looks real close) are a stamp from the kit that I clear embossed. I ran some distressing ink in Vintage Photo over the title and then wiped off any excess ink from the embossed flowers.

Sorry to cut this so short by I have had one crazy week as this week is Vacation Bible School at my church so I have to work all day run home cook dinner and fly out the door to get to church by 6 and then I usually don't get home till around 9 or 10. Then it's bath time for the kids and off to get projects done and house work done before I can lay my head down for the night just to start all over again the next day!!! But I have had a blast with all the children!! I hope to get back to a more regular blog visit and commenting after Sunday when VBS is over!!!
