Sweet Mermaid

Today I have a Sweet Pea card to share with you. The image is by Elaine Cox Sheet#13/Plate #78 along with another oh so cute little stamp at Sweet Pea Stamps. The sentiment is also from a Sweet Pea Stamps set. I'm not for sure what the name of this image is.
I used some My Minds Eye Penny Lane DP. I will try to add all my colors later if I can remember as I didn't write them down.
This is a huge card 7X6 as the image/stamp itself is huge. You can click on picture to see mor details in the image.
Well I am getting ready to go to bed as its 3:30am here in Tennessee and my husband will be up in 30 minutes to go deer hunting. It is really starting to get cold here and we have some very small and fine snow coming down, well it looks like a tiny speck on our deck and if you look up at our flood lights you can see it, so it won't amount to anything.
See ya later and have a great Sunday!!

Autumn Fan Mermaid

Finally my internet is working okay. I had to use a different phone jack but since I changed it I have had a good connection. But for some reason I can't pay bills or buy anything online... Looks like I will have to have the phone company come back out and fix my DSL.
Anyway I made 5 Sweet Pea cards yesterday and here is one of them. I will post another card a Halloween card in different post.
For this card I used one of the newest Elaine Cox stamps at Sweet Pea Stamps. The name of this image is Pink Fan Mermaid sheet#10 plate #66. I wanted to give her an Autumn look with her orange hair and brown clothes and tail. I colored her with copics and used some Twinkling H2o's for the background.
Well I will be back in alittle while to post my next card.

Supplies Used:
Stamp: Pink Fan Mermaid by Elaine Cox at Sweet Pea Stamps
Ink: Memento Tuxedo
Paper: My Mind's Eye "Playful Posies", brown CS , the image was stamped on Neenah Solar Crest White CS
Accesories: Brown lacey background cut using my Cindy Lou Cricuit cartridge, I used 3 diffferent colors of VersaMagic Metalic inks on the lacey background, Prima Fall leaves, Wild Orchid Crafts Rose, nestie labels die, foam tape, ribbon from my blogging friend Sarah. Thank you Sarah.
Thanks for stopping by!!

Sweet Pea Stamps, getting ready for Halloween

Sorry I was going to post this last night, but I was to0 tired to stay up and write the post after I uploaded the pic's!! That's what this HOT HEAT will do to you. So here are 2 Sweet Pea Stamps DT creations I made. I decided to create something other than a card. I used 2 images by Elaine Cox Sheet#9/Plate#59 only at Sweet Pea Stamps.
For this first one I made a Halloween tag and I used "Stone Wall Witch". For the tag I used a pre-made decorative notecard from Martha Stewart(It was grey, but I used my black Versafine ink and inked up all around the edges to cover the grey), I added some purple fussy thick paper under my image and colored the image with copics. The back ground was colored with twinkling H2o's, in 3 different colors. I punched a hole in the top and added some black fibers. Then I added some Basic Grey eerie chipboard pieces.

Here is my 2nd creation using "Little Witch Cat". I had used a jewerly box and covered it with DP.
I thought these little boxes would make the perfect little gift box to add some candy in for my co-workers. I have only made one so far!! I may change up the image so they all don't look the same.

I added some K&Company Vinyl adhesive border to the bottom of the box, used my oval nesties to cut out the image and used foam tape to add dimension. And last but not least I added some Basic Grey chipboard leaves from the same pack.
Well, I'm off to work as I didn't have time to add my copic colors!! Sorry!!
Thanks for all your sweet comments!! You all make my day!!

Oh and Lynette over at Sweet Pea Stamps is still having a sale going on. So stop by and see what you don't have yet!! Also remember to send in you customer creations to Jennifer so we can share on our blog all your beautiful creations!! You can go HERE to our blog and find her email address.
