Saturated Canary Challenges

Welcome back to a new challenge over at Saturated Canary Challenges.

This weeks Challenge is "Dollies"

I used this sweet Saturated Canary image called "Thank You".

I used some DCWV DP, Webster's Pages Green lace, brown tulle, pink heart dollie, butterfly from Michael's floral department, Spellbinders dies and Wild Orchid Crafts roses.

The image was colored with copics.

Come on and play with us this week.  You know you want to.  Believe it or not I have had this card done for about 3 weeks.  I have to try to catch up on days that I feels good or I am not swamped with the kids school work.
I just hope I can get back to posting the way I use too and commenting the way I use too.  I need MORE TIME in a day.... don't you?
Go HERE and see the rest of the DT's creations with dollies this week.
Thanks for stopping by!!!

Hugs:)
Angela

Beautiful! I'm still pretty new to digi images, but I love the images from Saturated Canary and just ordered my first the other week. When I printed it out, it was grey rather than black. Is that normal for her images because of the fine lines? I haven't had this issue with other digis like TGF, but I'm thinking it must be due to an error on my part.
I have pictures of the finished card posted on my blog and I really loved the image...I just hope to figure out how to use them properly.
And good luck with your schedules...I know how busy life gets with kids and life in general! :)

Such a lovely creation, Angela, the lace is fantastic too! I'm not a big doily fan but this one is perfect for this card!
And I agree with you: need more hours a day too! Or enough money to quit my job... LOL

Oh Angela I could do with a tonne more time in the day and could easily fill it ten times over! This is such a cute card I love how you have made her cheeks a little chubby so cute! Love that butterfly too! I hope Jazmine is coming along, we still have so much work to do trying to get Amelia up to speed, she now has her accepted place in high school and has maths tutoring every sunday but we still have a tonne of work to do with her, sometimes I think I should have home schooled from the start lol!

Thanks for the feedback Angela! I ordered a couple new SC digis yesterday & can't wait to play and see how they look compared to Ellie. Hopefully this weekend if I get a little "me" time! *wink*

Again, Angela, your colouring is FANTASTIC! Love how you've used the doily, without making the whole card feel to "dainty" Love it! Donna♥
