Not " Blue At All"

I was so hoping with Summer being here at I would have more time, but boy was I wrong.  Work has been busy here lately and it seem I am always on the go and when I'm not I'm either sick or feel like crap.  I have completely changed the way I eat now because of all my stomach problems.  I have been eating  a mic robotic diet, not much meat at all and no dairy at all.  50 to 75% of my food is Organic.  None of the rest of my family is eating this way.. just me, so I have to cook 2 different meals.  I have been eating like this for 2 months now and this is a change of eating for LIFE.  I don't think I am ever going back to eating the way I did  before, even though I still ate pretty healthy before.  But I have a hard time digesting my food and it causes extreme pain in my stomach and intestines. Med. made me feel even worse as they made me sick, so with the help from a Man I work with he has taught me what to eat and what not to and he is always giving me new recipes to try or brings food into work for me to try.  He has been a life saver for me and I am doing it all natural, with foods and not medicines. So far it has been the best thing I have done for my health.
Sorry for rambling on about myself.

I used an image by Joanne Schempp called "Blue Pearl" and you can find her on sheet #5, Plate #151, at Sweet Pea Stamps.

Most individuals trade time for income in the form of an employment arrangement with an employer. market survives gold may just trot along under the thousand mark for alloyed with the metal to provide greater rigidity).Ask questions before buyingTag
