My Sunshine

How is everyone doing today!! Man I just keep getting behind, due to the unexpected. I think everyone goes through that.
Well I have been on the Vilda Stamps DT for over a month now, but I had to wait until my stamps arrived before I could create anything. So I kept my news underwraps until I could actually create something for you.
Fo my first creation for Vilda Stamps I wanted to create a 12x12 page of my oldest daughter Destiny. I am trying so hard to get caught up on her albums as she only has one more year of school left then she'll be off to college. OMGOSH, I think I'm gonna CRY!!!!!

No, she doesn't wear this much eye makeup!!! She added it in Picnik. She loves to play around and change her pics.
I created the BIG flower in the middle out of Tule that I twisted and glued down to a piece of cardboard then trimmed. I can't remember at the moment what the name of the DP is but I can tell you it's a vintage stack from DCWV. I love this sheet of DP, its so pretty. I added some Making Memories Define stickers and I took a lighter to the CS around the sticker and her picture to burn it and give it that old vintage look.
My youngest daughter Jazmine was up when I created this page and she said Mommy what is that smell? I told her I was buring her sisters picture for my scrapbook page and she jumped up fast and ran in the kitchen and said Destiny is going to be so mad at you!! I told her no she won't.. I'm not hurting her picture that I just wanted it to have and old vintage aged look and that it was my picture so she wouldn't be mad.

I used 2 different stamps from Vilda stamps on this page.. the swirl flourish is called Stenswirl #V23 and I used You got the key to my heart #V476. I distressing it with some Tim Holtz Distressing inks and added some lace and prima flowers with a vintage button in the center of the BIG tule flower.

If you have never heard of Vilda Stamps then go check them out. They are a Sweden Company.
